To buy a limited company from JP Company Registrations is very simple and straightforward. It can be dealt with by post, telephone, email, or fax and will be handled personally by one of our experienced consultants.

Buying a limited company is dependent on your requirements. The minimum we need from you is:

1. A Registered office address: All limited companies in England and Wales must have a registered office in England or Wales. Companies registered in Scotland must have a registered office in Scotland.

PO BOX numbers are not acceptable.

2. Two forms of identification: This can either be a copy of your passport or photo driving licence, alongside a credit/debit card statement (issued in the past 3 months) with your current address.

We offer the following alternatives:

1. Special Formations

We can incorporate a company with your choice of name with individual appointments within 24 hours. All limited companies must have at least one officer. A company secretary is no longer required for private limited companies, but careful consideration should be made if you decide not to appoint one. One subscriber (initial shareholder) is also required, although often this is an officer of the company.

We require the following information

Director, Company Secretary and Subscriber

1. Full Name
2. Home Address

Three pieces of security information from the list below:

1. Mother’s maiden name
2. Father’s first name
3. Passport Number
4. Town of birth
5. Colour of eyes
6. Telephone number
7. National Insurance Number

In addition to the above, the director would also need to provide us with:

1. Date of birth
2. Nationality
3. Occupation
4. Any Other Directorships in last five years

2. Ready Made (i.e. already incorporated)

The alternative option is to buy one of our ready made companies, which is an attractive option for a client who wants to acquire a company quickly. We provide a guarantee that the company has not traded. For the security of our clients we do not list our ready made companies on this website.

We would only require the following details; registered office address and two pieces of security information.
